 About the festival |
WHO WE ARE Animation festival «Insomnia» – is the first Russian noncommercial open-air animation festival. Annually, on summer we find a meadow, build screens, meet guests and show best animation within a couple of nights. Our ambitious goal is to get acquainted as many people as possible with good animation. We think, that for “right perception” open-skies and darkness, that appear as a result of the Earth motion, are necessary. Only such darkness could return us back to ourselves, unglue from illusions and rush of civilization. And what is more, we just help to “animation-goers” to meet and have a good time. |
